Very good layout,
Please when u finish a game, show the entire map, your city and others's, also show the statistics, each page.
U should also take notes of all this, mainly when u lose, cause then u will be able to see where u need to improve, regarding buildings placement and economy details like vill count, resources gathered and military info like army size and kills/deaths ratio. ;)
Also dont forget to record ALL of your games, u can check later exactly what ur opponent was doing to be able to beat u that way, then u write down his BO and useful tactics, and try to do a similar strategy in your next game, if conditions like civ and map are favouring.
I do this every day, watch experts recordings and then watch mine, try to do what they do in my own way and write down important things like a different BO, rush reactions, how to couter units, etc.
Something that really helps a lot in micro and macro is watching experts streams. Try to do it whenever u have 5 minutes free, while u eat, etc.

Thank you very for you kind words of wisdom Guizeh, I've taken everything into account and I will do it the next time, maybe I'll start pract some games W/o streaming, sadly I think my game lvl isn't satisfactory.
Not that I'm going to stop streaming not that! I just want to get some skill to have a better things to show xD

And thank you, the layouts took some of my time, but I like photoshop so :D
