Hmmm, it works 50% of the times for me. I'm guessing the UAC of Vista (possibly win7, but I disabled UAC there) messes up with the timing of the mouse clicks.

I also noticed it removes your saved game if it doesn't load of if you don't close aoc normally afterwards.

Any news on the source code?
