That is like 17 km/h. I have hard time believing that, don't see many cross the 15km/h barrier, especially not by that much.

Anyone who can run less than 20min per 5k(4min k) are elite athletes.Some olympians pro alhletes can run( 3min k). In fact, less than 20min in 5k is already in 95 percentile or very difficult for anyone.

Not really, my brother is completely amateur and does the 10k on 38 min, of course many can't achieve does times, but with training most can.

20min 5k is hardly an elite athlete lol. It's somebody who enjoys running. It's like saying a 1750 is an elite aocer.
