Meh. It's fair to say I got a little bit carried away in the first kilometre, but my next parkrun isn't for 3 weeks, so I'll come back faster and stronger.

The inconsistency it hurts :o

You can tell you are still a young guy with those spontaneous bursts of speed. I feel slow and old now, but atleast my km times stay within 2s of each other. Hopefully I can break the 45 min for 10 km this year.
