My targets:
1:45 as a minimum, but hopefully something more like 1:41 or even sub-1:40

1:39:31 is good. Don't be too harsh

Hoping to break 3:40:00 in 2 weeks.. Based on training etc time shouldn't be the problem.. distance though.

Ok, I agree on that 11. If you run those 5k so fast, that time is a disaster. Probably started too fast, kinda expected for someone your age to screw that distance up the first time.

Even when people try half marathons aoczone'ers will criticize it :( Very well played, i can't even run more than 8 km. A lot of willpower , congrats. Let the brag posts come through I will love them for you.
