ok so i wanted to thank all of your serious answers!

I personally wanted to buy the intel set-up zak said, because it's what I'm used to seeing and knowing, but my brother and I decided to buy something 'future-proof', so we compromised and will get an AMD setup

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor ($193.49 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI - B350 GAMING PLUS ATX AM4 Motherboard ($71.88 @ OutletPC)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($92.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Zotac - GeForce GT 730 2GB Video Card ($57.89 @ OutletPC)
Power Supply: Antec - EDGE 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($88.99 @ SuperBiiz) [Looking for cheaper Options? ]

This is what we'll buy probably, still I heard we can get a cheaper Motherboard (maybe) and a cheaper Power supply (less powerfull one), getting the same effects. In 2 weeks or so my father is traveling to USA and he will bring the parts from there. So I will have to finish the part-list for him to buy this up-coming week. You guys think this is OK? BTW: Case and Hard Drive we already own

Look for the gt 1030 its way better almost as good as the gtx 750 ti, the price must be really close to the 730.

With that build I'd recommend you 2 things:
1st) Try to buy a 1x8 GB RAM module instead of 2x4 GB, in that case if you want to add future RAM expansions it should be easier, I know you will probably have 4 places to put RAM in that Motherboard but some of them might be impossible to acces due to graphic card blocking those ports
2nd) Get a CPU cooler, it's really important and really cheap, something like a Cooler Master will do the job

The Mobo has 4 memory slots. There's literally no argument for using single channel mode.
I'd also recommend a smaller PSU since it's a little bit more efficient and cheaper (except you're going for some semi-passiv fancy platinum certified stuff...). A good 400W PSU is more than enough, though if you want to go for a performance oriented graphics card in the future, 450W will definitely do it for you since GPUs and CPUs are becoming less and less power consuming.
Recent time has shown that you can never have enough RAM (also streaming is pretty RAM heavy as far as i know), so i'd recommend aiming for 16 Gigs (2x 8 GB). Although AMDs processor coolers are way better than Intels', you should consider buying a seperate CPU cooler (~ 30$). You won't regret it, believe me. The rest should be fine (SSD could be an option).
Whatever you're planning to do, do not even think about playing CBA Hero in NPL.

You should be fine with that computer but you also need to take your internet speed into consideration.

To stream u need more cores and icore 5 older than 8th gen gets drawn while playing and streaming at 1080p, look for ryzen options or for a more expensive i core 7 older gens or icore 5 8th gen but be aware the mobo of that gen is more expensive than any other mobo for any other cpu company in the market.
