I know chances of my idea for these 2 civs being implemented in AoFE are pretty low but what the hell I'll post it just for the fun of it(well I'm kind of bored)

Portuguese (1139 on)
Naval and Cavalry Civ
Building Set: Italian/Mediterranean
Wonder: Belém Tower

Bonuses:
- Knights, Cavaliers, and Paladins cost 10% less
- Market upgrades free (require Market)
- Warships and Transport Ships move 10% faster
- Outposts, Towers, and Castles +4 LOS in Feudal Age
Team Bonus: Trade units +20 hit points

Unique Unit: Ginete (Light Cavalry Archer with attack bonus vs archers)
UU Description: Mounted Skirmisher armed with javelins and a shield
Stats (Elite):
HP: 55 (70)
Range: 4 (4)
Attack: 5 (5), +5 (+8) vs archers
Armor: 0/4 (0/5)
Speed: Fast
Cost: 60w/15g
Upgrade to Elite: 600f/400g
(Note: Does not benefit from Thumb Ring)

Castle Age UT: Ribauldequin (Mangonels, Onagers, and Siege Onagers +15 attack vs buildings; Hand Cannoneers +5 attack vs buildings)

Imperial Age UT: Caravel (Cannon Galleons fire 50% faster and have small blast radius)

why not? but please portugiese with BT and elite skirmisher, give them lagg archers

Portuguese get trash UU that is better than elite skirmisher and they have hand cannoneer with attack bonus vs buildings like mini siege unit and strong CG to make up for not having BT. I put elite skirmisher and BT for disabled because I don't want Portuguese to be a cheap knock off version of the Spanish.

problems:
portuguese-
- the civ bonuses are only for land while the castle upgrades are only for water. should split.
- uu is skirm yet no elite skirm? its like saracen without camel
- it has to cost gold, else it's not an uu.

chimor-
- should have some general eco bonus like all other meso civs
- wonders build 33% faster would completely ruin 1 game mode if any gets this civ

should be % or scorps become a lot stronger and trebs or mangonel dont benefit much

Its like that to balance them like Koreans with strong turtle ship but with missing demo ship so their navy isn't too op, besides portuguese have cheaper knight line and siege onagers to counter ranged units

For the Huns it won't ruin standard game mode their imperial UT will counter it completely. Chimors unlike other meso civs(which are all good rushing civs) are a turtling civ, Chimor doesn't have Eagle Warriors, Elite Eagle Warrior(or easily massable strong fast units for that matter like cavalry), Siege Ram, Heresy, Shipwright, and most importantly Treadmill Crane which are techs that Aztec, Mayan, and Inca all have in common. Wonders build 33% faster is a good secondary effect for imperial UT because it allows them to compensate for not being able to rush so effectively and if it was just faster castle production by 20% it would just be pointless since Aztecs have faster military production including castles by 15% from the start. Its really expensive in food which is hard for Chimor to obtain since they are the only meso civ to not have Crop Rotation.

I made Chimú Raiders fast so they are like the eagle warrior equivalent to paladins/tarkan.

Editit Portugiese Idea for Imperial Age UT: Arquebuse (Hand Canoneer get more unbalistical +3 Bullets :o ) 1600f/800g

Edit: Arguebuse get Hand Canoneer 20% more accurate, but besides that this Civ, Chimu (very interesting) and my idea Armenians with Ayrudzi Horses must get coming soon in FE
