Lost bout 10 kilo's 2 year ago in about 3 month eating only sub 2000 calories & no sugar and doing nothing else. So it should be possible if you wanna lose weight. Just have to be dedicated to saying no to a lot of shit at family parties 11

I do not believe in training without combining it with some sort of diet, nor just diet w/o exercise. Not if you're gonna be serious about it anyway. Gotta do both.
I got my 6meals/day down, still trying to determine how exactly I'll do the gym/pool/running thing.
Less is more, true. Very true. I get what u're saying.
I got 3 months, but I ain't planning quitting after that. Just not enough time to keep at it, so I'll focus on conditioning. Consistence is key, I agree, I don't want to work hard for sth and then throw it away by doing nothing. But conditioning is easier (not easy, just easier). Certainly less time consuming.

Yeah, by less is more I don't mean that one couldnt train say, six days per week. What I mean by that is that keep the exercises you are doing simple, the bare meat and potatoes stuff. Too many people complicate things unnecessary. So in this context, keep it simple (not easy)!

HTH.

It does - and I agree.
Thanks!
